What happens once my company is registered?
There are a few things you must consider once your company is formed. Firstly you should have secured your company domain name. If not you should register the best name available without delay. This will enable you to set up a professional email and secure your web site address for the future. Secondly you should be looking to organise your printing material for your new company.Your letterhead must include your company number and registered office address. All invoices must include your VAT number if you are registered. Finally you should be seeking the services of an accountant ideally this should be somebody who is familiar with your business or market sector.Remember to shop around as there can be a big difference in the fees you could be expected to pay.We are happy to advise and refer you an Accountant if required to do so.
