Plus Hard Book Company Register with Share Certificates. Domain Name Registration and set up of Email Account and VAT Application. 

E-PACKAGE - £35.00  (Dormant Company)

(This includes paid duties and fees Certificate of Incorporation & Memorandum & Articles of Association sent via email in PDF format.)Incorporations mainly to protect name and will include our Nominee officer provision. We can resign at later date if the Company wishes to commence trading and obtain hard copies.

We guarantee same day Company Formation on all packages providing your order is made prior to 11.00am. This is subject to Companies House usual working systems.

All Company packages come with FREE Bank account arrangement if required. This includes FREE 18 months banking.
