Domain Name Registration - £23.50 The advantage of registering a domain name with ourselves is that you will own and control your domain. Be aware that a number of Internet Companies who offer this service at an extremely low cost - there is a catch- they will do this to secure your services for all other web related services and will often charge you a hefty fee for transferring your name if not subscribing to their services.

Setting up of Email - £23.50 We can do this on your behalf. The process is relatively simple and you can select your ideal name suffix ie; carol@ventonprint.co.uk and set up a number of email accounts if required. Both of these services are included in the price of our professional package.

Director's Service Address - £45.00 per annum Are you a Company Director? Do you want to keep your home address out of the public records? As from 1st October 2009 UK Company Directors can keep their personal address private by filing a 'service address' for the public record at Companies House. We are able to offer this service at a cost of £45.00 per annum. As a Director you will still need to disclose your usual residential address to us but this will only be held on a private register and will only be available to specified public bodies such as HMRC etc. and Credit Reference Agencies.

Annual Return Filing £35.00 per annum All Limited Companies are required to make a returns filing each year.We can do this on your behalf for an annual cost.By subscribing to this services also enables us to make any online changes to the company if and when required providing these changes are notified by us in writing or email communication.

Registered Office Provision - £60.00 per annum All Limited Companies require a Registered Office address. This is an address where official documents such as writs and IR correspondence are sent. Many Companies prefer to use an Agents address and we would re-direct all mail to you free-of-charge.This service is often offered by accountants and solicitors but is usually alot more expensive.We can provide this for you as an optional service.

Websites We can give you a simple online page immediately outlining your contact details and services. Furthermore we can provide you with a Website Builder Package.This will enable you to create a stylish website. The big advantage of this package is that you can to make regular updates to your site when required via secure online password. Company Search We have access to every UK registered Company. If you require information on a particular Company ie; Director/s or latest Accounts we can provide this from  a fee of £15.00 to £23.50.
