Business Banking for your new company formation

New Company Group include the arrangement of a business bank account within our company formation package as standard.

We deal directly with Lloyd’s and Barclays bank and can help assist you with the opening of a business bank account if required. We are now facilitating accounts which also include Metro Bank and Tide which you can activate via their app.

*Please note this service is optional and free of charge. There is no obligation and you are welcome to open accounts with any alternative banks if you would prefer.

With both Lloyd’s and Barclays bank accounts we can offer free business banking for an initial period of 18 months. Charges will apply after this period.

If you are experiencing credit issues or have a poor credit history we can also provide alternatives. We work with both Cashplus and CardOne who can offer bank accounts for your business without the requirement for any credit checks.
